We are in the process of retiring from our nursery business and have greatly reduced the quantity of plants we now grow although we still grow a wide
range of herbaceous plants on the nursery at Meadow Farm. In the past we have sold our plants at Plant Fairs and Garden Shows throughout the Midlands during the Spring, Summer and Autumn
of each year. In 2018 we plan to attend five small plant fairs on a much reduced scale and we will have plants available for sale to groups visiting the garden. The Nursery is not open to
the public, except when visiting our garden as part of an organised group visit. (For more details of group visits please see our ‘Visit Us’ page.)
We propagate 100% of our own stock and grow it on, outside, in a peat-free potting compost. We use a small polytunnel for over-wintering those plants which are susceptible to winter wet and cold.
We enjoy growing from seed and have raised and introduced a number of new plants over the years.
